We create a private Slack channel where you can communicate with us. Each of your EarlyDog Ops Team members is on your private Slack channel.

If you’d like your developers to communicate with us on Slack, we’ll also create a separate channel for discussions related to migrations, deployment, debugging, application instrumentation for tailored monitoring, and other situations where your developers may need to communicate with your Ops Team.
