When we onboard you as a new customer, you’ll get a set of experienced cloud engineers as your Ops Team. For each new project in the future (for example, if you’re an agency with different clients), we’ll treat that project entirely separately and that project will have its own Ops Team with its own Slack channels and mailing lists.

One member of your Ops Team will be your Ops Team Lead.
